Iggy Doesn’t Give AF ‘Bout Macklemore’s “White Privilege II”

Iggy Azalea‘s Twitter has been popping as of late and it doesn’t seem like the world plans on letting it turn down anytime soon.

Lately, in Iggy news, the Aussie was called out for appropriating black culture by (you’re going to LOVE this one) Mackelmore. In his latest record (which he teamed with Ryan Lewis)  “White Privilege II” comes artists like Miley Cyrus and Elvis for exploiting and stealing music that may not of belonged to them.  The rapper even references his own music.

Whew! Are things getting a little hot in here or what.

“You’ve exploited and stolen the music, the moment/The magic, the passion, the fashion you toy with/The culture was never yours to make better/You’re Miley, you’re Elvis, you’re Iggy Azalea.”

Iggy wasn’t really trying to hear it though. On of her fans tweeted her about the matter and her response was very matter-of-fact.

“…he shouldnt have spent the last 3 yrs having friendly convos and taking pictures together at events etc if those were his feelings.”

Another fan tweeted that the rapper shouldn’t concern herself with the situation, and trust me when I (or she) say she isn’t.
